Custom Artwork Policy
Each piece is created specifically for your order. Please be sure to confirm all details, such as size and framing, prior to placing your order. Because every artwork is made to order, all purchases are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once production has begun.
Shipping Damage
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue promptly, we’ll ask for clear photos of both the artwork and the original shipping materials. After review, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
